I'm honestly not sure the tech industry deserves the optimism I keep bringing to it. But I keep showing up because the alternative — letting the people who don't care about ethics or the planet design the systems we'll all live inside — feels worse.
What I'm working on right now: how to make sustainability a real commercial conversation, not a compliance checkbox. How to design AI that's actually trustworthy, not just declared so. How to build things that hold up when nobody's watching.
I don't have it all figured out. I change my mind often. I'd rather build something honest and small than something polished and hollow.
